STAGE SQUAD
The Stage Squad is an education program aimed at bringing the theater experience directly to kids. We are basing our classes at the individual schools after the school day is over.
At this time we are in RMAE and Evergreen Middle School. Our first class is Scenes, Songs and Improv.
Come join us this first year for the low introductory cost of $150 for all 10 weeks!

Course description: Scenes, Song, and Improv
Participants will choose, as a group, their favorite musical theater show tunes to learn and eventually perform. The group will work toward performing these songs, along with the scene in the musical before or after the selected song. All participants will have the opportunity to be a soloists (lead role) in a song if they choose, as well as ensemble. Every session also includes the opportunity to explore improvisational theater. Improv invites students to listen deeply, respond with authenticity, and meet one another with curiosity — essential elements of healthy social learning and artistic growth.
A central aim of this course is nurturing inner confidence and community spirit. Students learn to embrace mistakes as part of the creative process, support their peers generously, and step forward with courage. This class creates a warm, playful space where humor, creativity, and connection help students flourish — both onstage and in their daily lives
There will be a final demo for parents, friends, and the other school participating.
